If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can get a replacement within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost.
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them.
Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances as below:
· A voucher which is partially or fully used.
· An E-voucher whose code is already shared.
· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
