How many days will it take to get the voucher delivered?
We make it a point to deliver the vouchers instantly (Indian Vouchers), however if there is a delay from the vendor side it might take up to 24 to 48 hours....

No, you cannot use the Points/Xoxo Vouchers directly in Brand Outlets.  This has to be redeemed in enterprise.xoxoday.com

Why I am getting Special Charges while redeeming my Points.
If you are redeeming your points on a gift voucher there will be a 10% special charges. Special Charges are not applicable on Experiences.
